Instructions

The Mosaic Help Menu consists of help options including Customer Service, Video Tutorials, Status Monitors, etc.

The mosaid help menu in TWS.

Menu Command Description
Show Help Opens our Trader Workstation (TWS) FAQ Library.
Guides and Documentation

  • Mosaic Quick Tour - Opens the IBKR Campus home page where you can browse Courses, News, Webinars, Podcasts, etc.

  • Platform Overview - Opens the IBKR home page where you can view more information on our TWS platform.

  • Online Users’ Guide - Opens the Trader Workstation (TWS) User Guide

  • Tutorials - Opens the suite of tours that focus on specific TWS tools and features.

  • Algo Documentation Center - Displays information on our order types and algos, including ScaleTrader and Accumulate/Distribute.

  • Release Notes - Opens the TWS Release Notes page.
Customer Service

  • Customer Service Info - Displays the Client Service information web page.

  • Customer Service Chat - Connects you to the live chat accessed from within Portal.

  • Open Message Center - Opens the Client Service Message Center within Portal.
Features Poll Use the Features Poll to suggest new features and to vote on suggestions made by other clients.
Video Tutorials Opens the IBKR Webinars page where you can view and watch Video Tutorials.
FAQs Opens the Frequently Ask Questions pop-up where you can search and browse FAQs.
News@IBKR Opens a pop-up with links to view additional information on products, announcements, and news.
Status Monitors  
Data Connections Displays the connection status of all Market Data Connections.
IBKR Systems Opens our System Status page with current issues and availability.
Bulletins Shows the system bulletin board with recent messages.
Troubleshooting

  • Upload Diagnostics - Upload logs for review with an IBKR client services representative.

  • Enable Verbose Logging - Enable Verbose Logging in to TWS. Enabling this option will increase the size of the logs produced.

  • Enable HMDS Logging - Enable HMDS logging in to TWS. Enabling this option will increase the size of the logs produced.

  • Diagnostics - View TWS Logs, API Logs, JxBrowser Logs, and TWS Layout / Settings Logs.
