Withdrawing Cryptocurrency From Your Paxos & Zero Hash Account

Instructions

You can withdraw cryptocurrency assets from your Paxos or Zero Hash account and place them in an external wallet using the Paxos or the Zero Hash web app.

1. Log in to the Paxos or Zero Hash using your IBKR login credentials.

2. Click the Crypto Withdrawal button located at the top of the page.

3. Complete the two-factor authentication process by entering your IBKR username and password and authenticating with your two-factor security device.

4. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.

5. Enter the Paxos or Zero Hash destination address to which you wish to transfer your cryptocurrency.

6. Review and accept the Acknowledgment.

7. Enter the amount or percentage you want Paxos or Zero Hash to transfer.

8. Verify all details of your withdrawal. Withdrawals made to the wrong address cannot be reversed.

9. Electronically sign the transfer form.
