Live Chat

Client Service Live Chat lets you communicate directly with a Client Service representative in real time. Because it is authenticated and uses secure communications, staff are able to provide account specific information in a secure manner. Transcripts are available on demand. We recommend using the Client Service Live Chat for funding/banking and account application inquiries.

Access Client Service Live Chat
  1. Click Help > Support Center > Chat Room. You will be asked to select a topic and a sub topic before being connected to a live Client Service representative.

  2. In the Client Service Live Chat window, select a category from the Category list. This is the subject on which you are seeking assistance.

  3. Select a subcategory from the Sub-Category list.

  4. Select your language by clicking the language drop down menu.

  5. Click Enter Chat.

    A Client Service representative will appear online in a few moments
