Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a repository of how-to articles, troubleshooting tips and guidelines designed to assist  clients with the management of their accounts.

To access the Knowledge Base from Client Portal

  1. Click Help > Support Center > Knowledge Base.

To locate information, enter one or more of the keywords best describing your inquiry into the search field at the top of the page, then click Search. A list of content links associated with your search criteria appears, with the top search results listed first. Click on the article to view the information pertaining to the inquiry you searched.
