Instructions

Advisor Portal lets you easily store and view information about all your contacts, personal and professional, including clients, prospects and former clients. You can assign a label to each ("prospects", "clients", etc.) and create and store emails, notes, tasks and documents. You can also send bulk emails to multiple contacts and organize your contacts into groups. For your privacy and protection, all emails, notes and tasks are stored at Rackspace, a third-party cloud management solution provider to which IBKR does not have access.
