Description

Analyst Forecast of EPS - N12 Provides the analyst forecast estimate of EPS for the next twelve months.
Book Value (Common Equity) per share Defined as the Common Shareholder's Equity divided by the Shares Outstanding at the end of the most recent interim period. Book Value is the Total Shareholder's Equity minus Preferred Stock and Redeemable Preferred Stock.

EPS Growth

This growth rate is the compound annual growth rate of Earnings Per Share over the last 5 years, excluding Extraordinary Items and Discontinued Operations.

NOTE: If the value for either the most recent year or the year furthest out is zero or negative, the growth rate cannot be calculated and  'NA' (Not Available) will display.

EPS excluding extraordinary items This is the Adjusted Income Available to Common Stockholders for the trailing twelve months divided by the trailing twelve month Diluted Weighted Average Shares Outstanding.
Insider Percent Owned The percentage of the security's shares owned by company insiders.
Insider Shares Owned The number of the security's shares owned by company insiders.
Inst. Percent Held The percentage of the security's shares owned by an institution.
Inst. Shares Held The number of the security's shares owned by an institution.

Market Cap

Calculated by multiplying the current price by the current number of outstanding shares.

P/E

This ratio is calculated by dividing the current Price by the sum of the Diluted Earnings Per Share from continuing operations BEFORE Extraordinary Items and Accounting Changes, over the last four interim periods.

Price/Book

This is the Current Price divided by the latest interim period Book Value Per Share.

Price/Tang. Book Ratio The current price divided by the latest interim period Tangible Book Value per Share. Tangible Book Value per Share is the book value minus Goodwill and intangible Assets, divided by the Shares Outstanding at the end of the interim period.

Quick Ratio

Also known as the Acid Test Ratio, this value is defined as Cash plus Short Term Investments plus Accounts Receivable for the most recent interim period divided by the Total Current Liabilities for the same period.

NOTE: This item is Not Available (NA) for banks, insurance companies and other companies that do not distinguish between current and long term assets and liabilities.

Return on Equity %

This value is the Income Available to Common Stockholders for the trailing twelve months divided by the Average Common Equity, and is expressed as a percentage. Average Common Equity is calculated by adding the Common Equity for the five most recent quarters and dividing by five.
