Instructions

View a chart and market data details for an instrument in the Trade page. To do so, please take the steps outlined below.

  1. Click the Trade tab followed by Order Ticket
    • Alternatively, click Menu in the top left corner > Trade > Order Ticket
  2. Select the blue arrow icon in the top right corner of the quote panel (outlined below)

    • You can also see the Instrument Details from any Watchlist, Market Scanner or Portfolio page by selecting the symbol.

The following options are available in the instrument details page:

  1. Change the chart time period. Choose from 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years.

  2. Choose the chart bar type to display.

  3. Opens Chart Settings to hide or show Volume and VWAP, and to apply Chart Studies and Secondary Indicators.

  4. The National Best Bid/Offer for the selected instrument.

  5. Use the trade panel to create an order on the selected instrument.

  6. Click to add this instrument to a Watchlist.

  7. Click the arrow to go to the full Events Calendar.

  8. Hold your mouse over the chart for more information.

  9. View key market data.
