Connect Your IBKR Account to Any MCP-Compatible AI Application
You can now connect your IBKR account to any AI application that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). In addition to the official IBKR connectors available on ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, this allows you to use your IBKR account with a wide range of AI tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT Workspaces, and more.
To get started, locate the option to add an MCP server or set up a custom connector within your AI application's settings, then enter the following Remote MCP Server URL:
After connecting, you'll be guided through the standard IBKR authentication and authorization process. Your IBKR credentials are never shared with the AI application, and you can revoke access at any time from Client Portal > Settings > Manage Third-Party Consents.
