Account Transfer

Instructions

Follow the steps below to transfer all assets from your account to an eligible destination account.

  1. Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon in the top right corner) > Settings > Account Configuration.

  2. Select Account Transfer.

  3. All eligible destination accounts will populate below. Select the destination account and press Continue to complete the request.

  4. If you cannot find an account in the destination list, select the Here hyperlink to request a One Time Transfer to a different account.
