Trouble Shooting

View or upload diagnostic logs for review with an IBKR client services representative. To do so, please take the steps outlined below.

Instructions
  1. Click the Support Center menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Click Trouble Shooting.

  3. Click View/Upload Logs.

  4. Select the log days you would like to send and press View.

  5. Provide a reason for uploading the diagnostics and press Send.

  6. A client service representative will review your logs.
