How Do I Resolve Font Issues?

If you are experiencing a font display issue in IBKR Desktop, please follow these steps to resolve the font issues:

  1. Navigate to your "ntws" directory and then to the "fonts" folder.

  2. Locate the "SourceSans3-Regular.ttf" file.

  3. Right-Click and choose "Install" on the "SourceSands3-Regular.ttf file.

  4. Restart your application and try logging in again to see if the font error is resolved.
