Batch Reports
Instructions
The Batch Reports section allows investors to generate PortfolioAnalyst reports via batch processing. Batch Reports are typically those with a large amount of activity (i.e., over 20,000 activities or over 250 accounts).
To navigate to Batch Reports, please click the Reports tab across the top of the PortfolioAnalyst screen.
Your report will go into batch-processing mode if it meets one of these conditions.

Queued: The report has been placed in the queue and will be generated as soon as possible.

In Progress: The report is currently being generated.

Completed: The report has been generated, and you can view or download it. Completed batch reports will be made available for seven days.

Failed: The report generation failed. If this fails, a message is displayed and you are asked to contact portfolioanalyst@interactivebrokers.com.
