Abandon Applications

Advisors and Brokers can submit a request to abandon (delete) a pending application.

  1. If an application is abandoned, the application will no longer appear on the 'Contacts' page. View abandoned applications by selecting Filter > Status > Abandoned.

    • Only applicable pending applications

  2. Under the Configuration section on the right hand side of the client contact page, select the icon next to Abandon Application.

  3. Confirm your option by selecting Yes.

  4. Requests are processed immediately.
