Regulatory Information

Instructions

The Regulatory Information page lets you update the regulatory information for your account.

To update your regulatory information
  1. Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon in the top right corner) > Settings > Account Profile

  2. Select Regulatory Information and update as required. Then click Continue.

    • For each question on the page, answer Yes or No using the radio buttons

  3. Verify your changes, then click Continue

    • If you need to make further changes, click Back, then make corrections before submitting

  4. Enter the confirmation number sent to you via email, the click Continue

    • If you have not received a confirmation number, click Request Confirm # to have a confirmation number sent to your email address on record.
