The Notification section of the home page allows you to view Corporate Actions and submit Messages to our Client Services team using inquiry tickets. To view this information, please take the steps outlined below.

  1. Click Menu in the top left corner > Home > Notifications on the right hand side

  • Corporate Actions: Review information on upcoming corporate actions relating to positions held in the account. This will include both mandatory and voluntary action types. This tool will also allow you to submit elections to IBKR for voluntary offers.

  • Messages: Submit questions directly to Client Services using inquiry tickets and track the status of your inquiries.
