Client Applications
Instructions
Client Applications may be initiated via the Portal by taking the following steps.

Click Menu in the top left corner > Home > Add Account

Select whether you are looking to add an account for A New Client or An Existing Client.

If you select An Existing Client, a screen will pop-up with a list of all contacts. Click the Add Account button next to the client you want to add an account for.

If you select A New Client, please proceed with the following options:
- Steps in the Application Process
- Start a Fully-Electronic Application
- Start a Semi-Electronic Application
- Open Additional Account through an Application
- Pending Applications
Note: As a measure of client protection, IBKR will not allow the e-mail address of a client to match that of the
