Message Center Notifications

Instructions
  1. Click Settings > Communication > Message Center Notifications.

    The Message Preferences window appears.

    The communication preferences in Portal.

  2. Select a Preferred and Secondary Language for messages using the drop-downs.

  3. For ticket inquiries, select one or more notification methods:

    • Message Center

    • Trader Workstation

    • Email

    • SMS/Text Message

  4. General notices, set select one or more notification methods.

  5. Click Save to save your changes.
